Description:  Teach Channel Plus teams are a joint venture with MUFSD.  The district supports the training, licenses, and on-going support from Teaching Channel.  Teachers attend five thirty-minute in-person sessions on specific topics.  They follow up with five thirty-minute sessions on-line, posting their videos, responding to colleagues, and posting links to Tch Channel resources.  This course is aimed at creating an environment where teachers can watch, share, and learn new techniques to help every student grow!
 
Expected Outcomes for Teachers:  To learn from colleagues through classes, videos, and sharing thoughts, ideas, materials, strategies, etc.
 
Expected Outcomes for Students:  Students benefit through teacher professional development.
 
                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Time:              3:15 – 3:45 p.m.                     
 Location:        MWD Library
 Credit:             5 hrs. = ½ in-service credit
    or
Stipend:           1 hr. = $45.
 

 
*NOTE:   PROVIDED FUNDING IS AVAILABLE AND PENDING THE APPROVAL OF THE POLICY BOARD, A SECOND STIPEND MAY BE AWARDED BASED ON TIME-STAMPED REGISTRATIONS.
