Course: MTC #106-22 Creating and Organizing a Master Class OneNote Notebook (6 – 12)
              (iPads and Apple pencils required)

Instructor: Mike Alvarez

Description:  It is often said that to have an uncluttered mind, one must have an uncluttered workspace.
In this course, you will create a Master OneNote Notebook for each course (prep) that can be reused every year in the future. Once we create the Master Classes, we will also organize files in Microsoft OneDrive so they can be easily located and modified (if need be). This course will also touch on Microsoft Forms (for quizzes and exit tickets), Microsoft Teams (for homework and longer assignments), and the Microsoft Outlook Calendar (to alert students of upcoming due dates and assessments). Declutter your mind by decluttering your OneDrive.

Expected Outcome for Teachers: Teachers will create a Master OneNote Notebook. Teachers will organize their OneDrive, and be introduced to Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams and the Calendar Feature on Outlook.

Expected Outcome for Students:
Students will benefit because teachers will be more apt to use the Microsoft Suite of Applications. We are moving to a digital world and students need to get used to working with technology to be successful in the future.
